How is the food delivered?

All our catering tapas menus are delivered in pretty terracotta bowls and and / or platters. This also applies to any additional dishes that you have added to your order. If you choose to get your food delivered warm, the hot dishes are delivered in isolated boxes that keeps the food warm for a couple of hours. This means you can just put all the food straight out on the table upon delivery. The cold dishes are delivered in plastic crates, and all you need to do before serving is to remove the plastic – as well as sprinkle garnish on the dishes that need it. The garnish is included in the delivery.

NOTE: Sometimes you need to wipe down the bowls in which the hot food is delivered, so it might be a good idea to have paper towels handy.

Remember that all equipment must be returned to our catering kitchen – or collected tidy, if you have ordered pick-up of equipment from our carrier. This also applies to warming boxes and green boxes in which the food is delivered, as well as plastic trays on which our sandwiches, wraps and finger food and pinchos menus are delivered. If you order our take away menu or Spanish food box, this is delivered in disposable packaging that does not need to be returned to us.
