What do I do with the boxes, bowls and tableware that the food is delivered in?
It is your responsibility to return items such as thermo boxes, bowls and tableware that the food is delivered or stored in. This also applies to all of the green cases that the cold food is delivered in. The equipment needs to be returned latest a week after your delivery.
We are open for returns of equipment 09 – 16 every weekday in Olaf Schous Vei 2, 0572 Oslo. If you don’t want to return the equipment yourself, you can order pick-up for a sum of 450, – within Oslo. If you live outside of Oslo, the price for pick-up depends on your zip code (the price for pick-up is the same as the price for delivery). Pick-up can be added when you place an order. NB! We can not always guarantee that we are present in the catering kitchen at the times stated, in case we have a big delivery during the day. If you want to make sure that there is someone present to recieve the equipment you can call us on 22 46 72 00 to double check, or arrange a time for returning equipment.
