What do I do if I have ordered pick-up of equipment and no one comes to pick it up?

If you have ordered pick-up but no one comes to pick the equipment up, you should contact us by phone or e-mail. If something unforeseen has happened, we might fail to pick up equipment at the agreed time. In these cases we set up a new time for pick-up as soon as possible.
