Restaurant guests started asking about catering &#8211; and so they got catering. As the demand increased, the catering project had to get bigger and separate facilities. In 2014, Delicatessen Catering therefore moved into its own, spacious premises at Carl Berner, and today we deliver food to quality-conscious customers more or less seven days a week!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h2 style=\"clear: both;\">Sebasti\u00e9n Campa<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Sebasti\u00e9n has been the manager of Delicatessen Catering since it all started, and has a long experience as a chef in both France and Norway. After Sebasti\u00e9n finished cooking school in France in 1997, he has been working as a chef both at restaurants and within the catering industry; at La Ribaudi\u00e8re (1 Michelin star), Solsiden Restaurant and Delicatessen Gr\u00fcnerl\u00f8kka, to mention some.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-459 aligncenter lazyload\" data-src=\"https:\/\/delicatessencatering.no\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2021\/05\/Sebastien-683x1024-1-200x300.jpeg\" alt=\"Sebasti\u00e9n Campa, catering manager in Concept Restaurants\" width=\"328\" height=\"492\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 328px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 328\/492;\" \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>As head chef at Delicatessen Catering, he has put his mark on our menus in line with our Spanish concept, ever since we opened the catering division in 2014. They say that the devil is in the details, and for Sebasti\u00e9n, our food is not good enough until taste, texture, appearance and overall experience are perfect.<\/p>\n<p>Sebasti\u00e9n is passionate about good customer experiences, and always puts the customer first \u2013 almost no matter what type of request you come up with.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Rodrigo Belda<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Rodrigo is one of the founders and co-owners of Concept Restaurants, who owns the <a href=\"https:\/\/delicatessen.no\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Delicatessen-restaurants<\/a> and Delicatessen Catering. In fact, he was Delicatessen&#8217;s very first head chef, when Delicatessen Gr\u00fcnerl\u00f8kka opened in 1999!<\/p>\n<p>Rodrigo has many years experience from the restaurant industry; both in operations, management and as a chef. His interest in the restaurant business started at cooking school in Kongsvinger. After that, he did his apprenticeship at Oslo Plaza and eventually moved on to work at Grand Hotel.<\/p>\n<p>Rodrigo became head chef at Delicatessen Gr\u00fcnerl\u00f8kka already as a 22 year-old \u2013 and this is where the story of Delicatessen Tapasbar began.
